What to know before you book.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can contact the clinic directly for an assessment. If another service or investigation would be more appropriate, we will explain this clearly and help you understand the next step.

Can I book an injection without an assessment?

Every injection requires appropriate screening and shared decision-making first. The clinician will discuss expected benefits, alternatives and risks before any procedure is agreed.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring a list of your medicines and any relevant scan reports, clinic letters or previous treatment information. Wear clothing that allows the painful area to be assessed comfortably.

Do you treat long-standing pain as well as new injuries?

Yes. We assess both recent injuries and persistent musculoskeletal problems, with care shaped around your health, priorities and previous treatments.
